SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom designs are made especially for you and may take up to one month to ship.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow along every step of the way.

Local to Miami? You’re in luck 🌴 Select Local Pickup at checkout and skip shipping altogether.

A few things to know:

• Orders are processed after payment is received

• All orders ship via USPS, unless otherwise noted

• USPS delays are outside of our control — once your package is in their hands, we’re cheering it on right along with you

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
