SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed on a standard 3-5 business day turn around time. Custom designs may take slightly longer, up to 15 business days.

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation with tracking information.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer shipping via USPS for a flat rate of $7. You will always receive a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on your goodies!  

RETURNS

Every order is thoroughly inspected before leaving our headquarters. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that sometimes, in transit, damage may occur. If this is the case, please contact Palmina at shoppalmina@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange.

Please keep in mind, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any exchange that is approved.
