WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days unless the item is custom, then it may take up to 15 business days. 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Absolutely! Any items purchased with shipping will receive tracking information via email. 

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

All our pieces are made using a variety of high quality materials, including semi-precious stones, glass, resin, 18K gold, sterling silver and brass. Exact materials associated with each style are usually listed in the product description.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECES?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Jewelry that is not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean. When traveling, be sure to pack jewels extra carefully. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Although all items are inspected thoroughly before leaving our headquarters, if your item arrives damaged, email shoppalmina@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please keep in mind, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
